Clinton would keep some military forces in Iraq if elected

In August, the New York Times reported that Hillary Clinton's plan for Iraq would include "residual forces" in Iraq, who would be used to protect "national security interests."

Unfortunately, Clinton is not the only leading Democratic candidate to endorse this non-exit strategy as an "end" to the war.
